Tailfin products are designed to help you have amazing experiences. For us it is important to have your back if things don’t go as planned. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect – we will help in repairing the product where possible and replace it when it is not.

What is not covered by the warranty?
- Wear on parts such as bushings and rubber parts.
- Tears and abrasions.
- Damage arising from improper installation or modifications.
- Crashes or Accidental damage*.

*Crash Replacement Discount
Sadly, no warranty within the cycling industry will completely protect you from damage caused by crashes, accidents or other mishaps. But if you are unfortunate enough to suffer a crash, then we want to help you get back on the bike. If your Tailfin products are damaged as the result of a crash, then we will arrange a 30% discount for you on a like-for-like replacement. Please use the form below to contact us.
Subsequent Ownership
If you are experiencing an issue as a subsequent owner we can honour the original warranty as long as a valid order number can be provided. If you are outside of your warranty we would be happy to offer replacement parts at a reduced cost. Please use the form below to contact us.
