We are proud to support the Ultra Distance Scholarship – an initiative increasing diversity and representation within ultra-distance cycling and racing.
We want to see the thing that we love (cycling, bikes, riding the bikes!) enjoyed by everyone. This scholarship was created to elevate representation in the discipline of ultra-distance racing, amplify conversations around the lack of diversity in the cycling world at large and hopefully inspire others in the industry to take initiative.
Now moving into its third year, the scholarship is supporting three riders in their preparation for the 2023 edition of the PanCeltic ultra-endurance race. Scholarship recipients receive a fully custom Stayer Cycles bicycle, professional bike-fitting from Foundation Fit, a full Tailfin bikepacking setup, coaching by Veloqi Coaching, Albion riding kit, snacks by Outdoor Provisions, an indoor training setup, navigation computer, and one-to-one mentorship.
