Once your order has been placed we take the utmost care to ensure it gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
The price you see at checkout is everything you pay, and we cover any import charges. If you’re asked to pay duties or taxes to receive your order, pay them and send proof of payment to customs@tailfin.cc and we’ll reimburse you in full. More information on taxes can be found below.

Shipping Services
We ship free worldwide on orders over $205.00. Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be shown at checkout, and depend on the region and size of the parcel.
Customers with shipments sent via DHL, GLS or DPD will receive a text message with the delivery date and times. Tracking links will also be emailed. All other shipments will receive their tracking links via email once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Landmark Global: Once your order arrives in the destination country, Landmark Global will hand it to your local postal service for final delivery.
Import Taxes
If you’re charged import duties or taxes to receive your order, we’ll reimburse you in full. Please pay the charges and send proof of payment to customs@tailfin.cc.
Where taxes are included or shown in your checkout total, your order is delivered with everything paid, so you shouldn’t be charged anything more on delivery.
We’re legally required to declare the full value of the goods, including shipping, on all international shipments, and we can’t lower the declared value, misdescribe the contents or mark packages as gifts.
We sell directly to consumers via our website, so we can’t supply orders at 0% VAT, but we’re happy to add your VAT number to a PDF invoice on request.
Please note, foreign transaction fees charged by banks are not eligible for reimbursement.
