Very good customer service. I got excellent help fitting my Tailfin Rack to my bike with washers to allow the through axle to work with my bike. The bag works well though it makes the bike a bit top heavy. Also care must be taken to make sure the locking pins are pushed in all the way. The bag fell off twice before I learned to check that. Otherwise a solid bag. I like the option of taking the bag off while leaving the rack on the bike.

My aero pack with its packing cubes was put through its paces over 5 days of bikepacking across Graubunden, Switzerland. My clothes remained dry despite a day of continuous rain, the cubes provided really easy and accessible organization at our evening stops, and the compression function of the bag kept the pack as small as possible, minimizing any drag. Took a moment to get the knack of the quick release mount, but once I got the hang of it, really enjoyed the design and ease of use. Quality products, highly recommended!

Excellent quality, but a lot of pull push press and push and pressagain to get the bag on the rack.

I'm very happy with the purchase of the AP18 bag. I've used it for commuting and I love it.
