The key difference is the material between them. The SL Panniers use a lighter grade nylon and weigh approx. 120g less than the Ultra Durable ones. The Ultra Durable bags are constructed with tougher, hypalon material, making it more robust. The bags have the same mounting system, the same internal frame and are both 100% waterproof. Both the SL and UD Panniers have a weight limit of 9kg. This weight is for road riding only and for off-road riding, we recommend carrying 50% less weight (4.5kg).

They are secured to the rack via our X Clamp technology – a precision-engineered, CNC machined aluminium stop-action clamp which tightly secures the bag to the rack in 2 places, eliminating all rattle and movement when riding even off-road.

The packing cubes are designed to fit with the Cargo and Rack Top Bags, (the 6L packing cube tapers one end), but they do fit in the 22L panniers ok.
