My wife and I fitted the Tailfin rack and panniers to our carbon roadbikes for a small tour of Normandy last summer. They are beautifully engineered and performed perfectly.
No issue with the item: it works! and another may be bought. Issues were delay on processing order while all the staff were away, plus a further delay while the staff back from being away caught up with the order backlog, and missed instruction re a change in delivery location, all involving some 15-20 communications from me seeking reports on progress. So please tell Nick that I woul;d love to buy more stuff, and am in the market for an on-the-bike SATNAV for the hard of hearing, I'd prefer not to have to wait quite so long for delivery
5 of us have just completed this cycle - 1050 kms. All 5 of us had tailfin panniers - no doubt about it - this is an excellent product. No movement at all. Easy mounting on the bike, easy access to your contents. No complaints.
