Ultra Durable Pannier Bag

First thing is that I ordered two pannier bags. More on that later. Before I purchased the bags I bought a used Tailfin T1 . I needed some technical advice . I contacted Tailfin and despite the fact that I didn’t buy them from Tailfin they couldn’t have been more helpful. Really great customer service . Can’t beat that in my view so hats off to you.

My Tern has 20" wheels and I've found other panniers don't fit well as they're built for bigger / taller bikes (e.g. lower attachment too low for my rack). Was pleased to find that all of Tailfins panniers attach well to my rack! The main attachment is lovely and very secure, and lower attachment fits and stays attached to rack. The panniers stay secured to rack and don't move about. Pannier is good quality and feels like it'll last a long time. 22L is useful size to have when carrying more or bulkier stuff

Excellent quality, completely rattle free and totally waterproof. There was a slight misalignment with one of the screws but this was handled very quickly and easily and a replacement was dispatched immediately. Tailfin’s customer service is as brilliant as their products. Thanks very much.
